No, I'm afraid we no longer accept cheques.
Account customers can still order using an official order number as before.
We accept most of the popular cards.
Vat is calculated when you select the delivery country during checkout.
If the delivery address is to the UK VAT will be applied.
If you have a valid European VAT number read the EU Vat FAQ on how to use it.
Shipping is a bit tricky because we sell everything from a few sheets of paper to huge presses and deliver worldwide so shipping costs will be estimated online for Mainland UK only once you enter your delivery address as part of the checkout routine. If for any reason the price of delivery is any higher than that quoted we will let you know prior to sending your order. Delivery charges for orders going outside mainland UK will be advised separately by phone or email. In both instances we will wait for confirmation before proceeding unless we are told otherwise.

You can enter a European Vat number at the point of checkout and if the delivery address is outside of the UK and inside Europe the VAT will be removed.
When a valid EU Vat number has been entered it will automatically appear in the checkout section and be applied to any further orders shipping to Europe.
If you un-register from the EU Vat scheme in the future you must remove it from the checkout form the next time you place an order.
Yes, but the shipping price will not be calculated at the time of order due to the vast array of products and countries we sell to, so we can send a shipping quote before processing you order.
No money will be deducted from your card until the order is ready to be shipped.
The order will be deleted after 10 days unless you agree to the changed shipping price.

We try to get an order together using the most cost effective method for our customers.
By default we collate an order until all products are ready to ship and send it one consignment.
If you wish in stock items to be shipped immediately either add your requirement to the comment section when placing an order or use the Contact Form explaining your requirements and quoting the Order number
We will send you an updated shipping price for split deliveries.
We never deduct from the funds from you Card until the order is ready to be shipped.
