Why do we collect your personal data?
We will only ever collect, store, and use your personal data when we have an identified purpose and reason to do so. This policy applies to all information that is voluntarily submitted on The Company website, or by placing an order over the phone. How do we store your data?
All the personal data we process is processed by our staff in the UK. We do not store any electronic documents outside of the UK.
Electronic data and databases are stored on secure computer systems, and we control who has access to information (using both physical and electronic means). Our staff receive data protection training, and we have data protection procedures which personnel are required to follow when handling personal data.
All electronic Intaglio Printmaker forms that request financial data will use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol to encrypt the data between your browser and our servers.
If you use a credit or debit card to make a purchase from our website, we will pass your card details to our payment provider Opoyo. We never store card details.
We will only use and store information for as long as it is required for the purposes it was collected for. We continually review what information we hold and delete what is no longer required.
Your rights under data protection laws include the right to be informed, access, rectify, erase, restrict, and/or object to our use and processing of your personal data, as well as the right to the portability of the data.

How you can access your data
You can request a copy of the data we have collected from you (order history, personal details..) by submitting an email request to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will commit to emailing you with the data.
