We have changed the way we will be processing Purchase Orders. If you would like to place an order with a Purchase Order number you will have to call us on 02079282633 with your order ready. Alternatively you can email the order to info@intaglioprintmaker.com. Please remember to include the shipping and billing addresses, the purchase order number and all contact details. Without this information we will not be able to process your order.

If you previously paid by Purchase Order but now would like to pay by card, you can order through our website and fill in the card details at checkout. Please note that your card will be charged during checkout.

Account holders should still have an account if it has been active in the last 2 years. You will need to reset your password using your email address. You can reset your password here.

If you are unable to reset your password you will need to register again, please get in contact with us.

We have not moved any personal information from our old site, so unfortunately we do not have any addresses, card details or previous orders. If you do require any information about a previous order, please call us on 020 7928 2633 or email us and we will try our best to find the information.



Account Orders: Official orders from account customers must be accompanied by an appropriate order number.

Purchase Orders: Please ensure that all relevant product information is on your purchase order or despatch of your order may be delayed.

Order Turnaround Times: We endeavour to despatch your order as soon as possible however please ensure that you either make clear on your PO, email or phone us if your order is urgent or if there is a specific date that you need the goods by. 

Payment Terms: Payment is due within 30 days from receipt of invoice. Invoices are usually issued the day goods are dispatched.

Availability of Items and Price Changes: Current global supply chain issues are affecting everything including printmaking materials. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to fulfil every item on your orders at this time although we will endeavour to do our best. If there is a slight delay to your order being placed on our system we may be waiting until we can be assured of being able to supply the stock you require.

Prices are also frequently changing in response to the situation. Please see the website for the most up to date prices and try to be as accurate as possible on your Purchase Order. If we need to confirm prices it may delay your order being despatched.

Carriage: Orders are sent with either DPD or Royal Mail. If you are unsure of shipping costs please call and we can give you a quote.
