Payments: Visa, Mastercard and Switch payments are welcome with telephone and Internet orders. We no longer accept payment by cheque. We now take payment at time of order, rather than time of dispatch.
Dispatch: We endeavour to despatch orders within 5 working days plus delivery time of up to 3 days. If you are planning to purchase materials for workshops please allow for this as it is not always possible to respond to urgent requests. For urgent orders please telephone us so we can be aware of the date you require the goods and we will try to get the goods to you in time. Damages: Damage, returns or shortages must be advised within 7 days. For damages ensure you retain all packaging and notify carrier upon delivery. It is useful to take photographs and email them to us.
Returns: Any returns must be notified within 7 working days, goods are to be returned in original packaging, unused and in perfect condition. Once we have received the goods, we will refund your card with the invoice amount less the delivery costs. The customer is liable to pay return carriage costs including insurance. For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service.
Non delivery refunds: When your order is completed you will receive an email from us. Shortly after this you will receive an email or text from our couriers with your tracking number. If there are any issues during delivery, the couriers will attempt to make a second delivery the next working day. The goods will then be held for 5 days at your local depot or your local post office before being returned to us so please track your parcel if your order has not arrived within 48 hours of being completed. For smaller items sent by Royal Mail, if there are any issues during delivery, Royal Mail will leave a red card. Please contact your local sorting office for details of your package. Goods are held for a number of days depending on the service used at your local sorting office before being returned to us so please contact your local post office if your order has not arrived within 48hrs of being completed. If the goods are returned to us due to non-delivery we will refund the card you paid on the cost of the goods; the original carriage cost is non-refundable.
Account Orders: Official orders from account customers must be accompanied by an appropriate order number. Payment is due within 30 days from receipt of invoice.
Cheque Payments: Our preferred method of payment is BACS, however we can take cheques made payable to Intaglio Printmaker Limited.
VAT at 20% is applicable to all goods except books.
Important Notice: In the current economic climate, costs are continually increasing so we may have to alter the price of an item without notice. Should you need exact costs please ask for a quotation.
