Intaglio Printmaker’s own recipe hard ground and soft ground is designed to be melted onto a warmed metal plate and applied by either roller or dabber.

Hard ground dries completely and is particularly good for line work, while the inclusion of tallow in the ingredients of Soft ground keeps it soft, making it more sensitive and useful for textured, subtle outcomes.
