Awagami Bamboo

Awagami Bamboo Paper is a fine organic choice for artists. This paper has two deckled edges and two cut edges and is externally sized. The paper has a luxurious texture, similar to silk while softer than cotton, making it an excellent choice for both printmaking and letterpress. The Awagami Bamboo come in 3 different weights, 110g, 170g and 250g (the latter by special order) and contains 70% bamboo fibres and 30% recycled washi.

Smaller pads are available in this paper with 4 cut edges.

There is also the Awagami Bamboo Select available in a smaller size with 4 deckled edges and a slightly rougher finish.
