Charbonnel Crayons

The Charbonnel Crayons are made up of grease, wax, soap, soot and shellac. They are the most classical lithography drawing material and can be used directly onto stone, litho plates and photo positive litho plates. The drawing creates a positive and can be used along with tusche.

The softer crayons are much more greasy and do not contain shellac and produce deep thick lines. The harder crayons produce lighter more delicate lines.

The Charbonnel Litho Crayons are available in a box of 12 or individually.
