Gelli Plates

Gelli Plates are ideal for hobbyists and fine artists who want to create a one-of-a-kind monoprint. Ink is applied straight onto the Gelli Plate. Ink can be manipulated by very slightly pressing the plate surface. The plate surface offers the optimal level between hard and soft to create prints with exquisite detail.

Gelli Plates can be cleaned up easily with soapy water or baby wipes when using water-based inks. Baby oil can be used to clean up oil-based inks.

For best results, use inks such as Akua Intaglio, Akua Liquid Pigment, Speedball Block Printing Inks and Speedball Screenprint Inks.
