The Mezzotint Rockers are made with the highest quality of high carbon steel and come with a stained birch handle. By working the rocker, with a criss-cross rocking motion, over a copper or zinc plate, a burr is created on the surface. The burr will trap the ink to produce a rich velvety black tones. This 4 inch tools is available in size 85 (Medium).
