Polished Copper 0.9mm

This copper is 0.9mm.

Polished Copper plates can be used for drypoint, etching and mezzotint. A protective plastic covers one side of the plate and is easily removed.  The reverse of each plate should be coated with an acid-resistant stop-out, or cover in Fablon. Copper is a harder metal than zinc, allowing it to withstand a higher number of impressions

Plates can be cut to size, with the first cut free of charge. Please see the Plate Cutting Fees for more details here

Please note that all plates are cut by hand on our guillotine, so please allow a few mm off sizing.
