Softcut Vinyl

The Softcut Vinyl is an easy to use soft cream block especially designed for relief printing. This block is softer than all the other relief printing surfaces, making it suitable for very beginners or schools. It has one smooth side and one textured side, allowing for grip when cutting. It has a smooth, excellent cutting surface and holds fine detail without it crumbling.

The Softcut can be carved into using any of our relief printing tools to create an image. Relief ink can then be applied to the surface using a roller and the inked image can be transferred onto paper using a press or by hand, with a baren.

This Softcut has a 3mm depth.
